One flat price, set by how many dogs you have and how often we come, with no surprises: from $49.90 a week for 1–2 dogs and $59.90 for 3. Fortnightly and twice-a-week plans are priced above. Add-ons are a fixed price per visit. All prices include GST and are for an average backyard (up to about 800 m²). Got 4 or more dogs, or a big block? Message us and we'll quote your yard.
We look after homes South of the River in Perth. Not sure if you're in our area? Book your plan or send us a message with your suburb and we'll let you know.
No lock-in contract. Pause or cancel anytime, just let us know before your next visit. Going away? Pauses of up to 2 weeks don't count against your loyalty reward.
No. Most clients are at work. We text you when we're on the way, and send a photo of your gate locked behind us when we're done. Just make sure we can get in: an unlocked side gate, a code or a key safe all work.
No problem, we'll reset it with a one-off deep clean on the first visit: $80 for the first hour, then $20 per extra 15 minutes. If your yard's already kept tidy, there's no extra fee, and your first visit is just a normal visit. Send us a photo and we'll tell you which it is before we come.
Everything is double-bagged in odour-locking bags and put in your general waste bin. Where we can, we schedule your visit close to your bin day, so it doesn't sit there for long.
Anywhere your dog goes: lawn, garden beds, paths and side areas. Concrete, tiles and alfresco areas get washed down with the patio wash add-on (included in VIP Care).
Yes, friendly dogs are welcome to hang around, and they usually get a pat or two. If your dog is nervous or protective with strangers, please keep them inside during the visit.
We group our visits by suburb, and we'll do our best to fit you in on the day you'd like. We'll also give you a time window, so you know roughly when to expect us, plus a text when we're on our way.
We work through light rain. If a storm or heavy rain stops us, we'll move your visit to the next good day and let you know. VIP Care clients are rebooked first.
You get one invoice a week after your visit, by text or email, with a PDF attached. Pay by bank transfer (using the reference on your invoice), card or cash, within 7 days.
Free with at least 24 hours' notice. With less notice, or if we can't get in on the day, there's a 50% fee, added to your next invoice.
Yes. The enzyme treatment is pet-safe and breaks down leftover waste and urine in grass and pavers. The vet-grade sanitiser is the kind used in vet clinics and kennels. If your dogs need to stay off an area while it dries, we'll let you know on the day.
